Bouldering is a sport that involves serious risks, including the possibility of death or severe injury. The bouldering wall and Kids Park facilities cannot guarantee 100% safety. For elementary school children and preschoolers, parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety of their children in the bouldering area and Kids Park. Holds on the bouldering wall may rotate or break. Mats cannot fully prevent sprains or fractures upon landing. Additionally, reckless behavior by users or visitors may pose serious danger to others. For example, if two people climb the same wall simultaneously, there is a risk of collision upon falling.

In light of the above, I (or the guardian) agree to follow all staff instructions and make every effort to prevent accidents while using Pinakuru 2. I accept that if dangerous behavior continues despite staff warnings, my facility access may be suspended, I may be asked to leave, entry may be prohibited, and fees will not be refunded. I will not seek compensation or damages for any injuries or disabilities sustained while using this facility. I will handle any such matters at my own responsibility.
